Studio 11 Design is a full-service interior design firm focused on producing innovative and effective design solutions for the hospitality and leisure industries. Led by veteran designer and co-founder Kellie Sirna, Studio 11 Design is internationally acclaimed for shaping soulful spaces. With decades of combined experience in hotel, restaurant, nightclub, casino, resort, and spa design around the world, Sirna and team boast a diverse portfolio that showcases a wide skill set and serve prominent brand management clientele including Marriott, Hilton, Fairmont, Starwood, Kimpton, IHG, Hyatt, and Omni.
Within each team, a dedicated project manager is assigned and responsible for ensuring each project is successfully moving forward; keeping on schedule and staying within budget. The project managers work jointly with the team of designers, architects, and client teams to drive the project; developing, documenting and implementing the design. Schedules are checked regularly to assure all deadlines are being met, status reports are sent regularly to communicate effectively across all teams, and deliverables are checked against scope documents to assure all requirements are being fulfilled. Studio 11 Design has the unique ability to practice a 100% hands-on approach with each and every project. Additionally, our principals maintain a high level of involvement in, and commitment to, each of our projects. In addition, Studio 11 Design offers in-house designers that specialize in three-dimensional rendering, brand identity development, art curation, and procurement. At Studio 11 Design, we treat each project as our only project and are fully committed to producing the highest quality of work for our clients, time and time again.

Through demographic and geographical research and insight we strategically define the space where your brand can be unique, authentic and relevant and how to best convey that position so that your message resonates with the right audience.
