Clean, Contemporary Aesthetic
Throughout the public spaces, from the leasing office and social lounge to the fitness studio and beyond, the implementation of a clean, contemporary aesthetic was achieved through the creative use of light and materials, including natural architectural stones and wood tones indigenous to Chula Vista.
The area is well known for a parade and festival, and Studio 11 Design pulled from the history, picking it up through colorization of the artwork.
